Grilled Gourmet started as a dream of Troy Fitzpatrick and is a Sydney based business offering a range of catering services for all occasions.

As a highly qualified chef with qualifications in Western Cuisine, Asian Cuisine and Patisserie, Troy has a natural talent for fusing different cuisines and flavours together to enhance the dining experience for customers. He brings to the business over 32 years experience in the industry with cooking and training experience in a number of reputable establishments in Sydney including 5 Star Hotels, Corporate Catering and Fine Dining Restaurants.

With a genuine passion for quality food and service Troy considered for many years owning his own restaurant and catering business. With a growing appetite for street food and food trucks in Australia, Troy decided to combine his passion for food with his second love of cars and take, GRILLED GOURMET FOOD TRUCK AND CATERING SERVICES on the road.
